Custom Portrait (Digital Copy Only)

At Fetch and Frame, we work hard to ensure your custom pet portraits are created and delivered with care and efficiency.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment and photo submission. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order is completed or shipped.

Delivery Times:

Digital Portraits: Delivered via email within 2–3 business days.

Framed Portraits: 

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Shipping time: 5–7 business days (USA)

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship within the USA.

Digital portraits are available worldwide via email delivery.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected frame size.

Digital portraits have no shipping cost as they are delivered via email.

Order Tracking:

For framed portraits, a tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

Digital portraits are delivered directly to the email address provided at checkout.

Delays:

Please note that holidays, high-demand periods, or unforeseen carrier delays may impact delivery times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please double-check your address at checkout. Fetch and Frame is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

At Fetch and Frame, each portrait is custom-made with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we can only accept returns or issue replacements under specific conditions.

When We Accept Returns

• We accept returns only if the frame or glass arrives broken or damaged during shipping.
• To qualify for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

1. Email us with your order number.
2. Include clear photos of the damaged frame or glass and packaging.
3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a replacement at no extra cost.

Conditions

• Returns are only accepted for framed portraits with physical damage (broken frame or glass).
• Digital portraits are non-refundable once delivered due to their custom nature.
• We do not accept returns for minor variations in color or design since each portrait is unique.

Refunds

• Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• In the case of replacements, a new portrait will be sent at no additional charge.
